Who we are

ExpoSQL AI Labs ("ExpoSQL," "we," "us") builds AI-powered apps for businesses. This policy explains how we handle information on exposql.com — our public marketing site. Each product we operate (for example, Checklist and Rufus) has its own privacy notice that governs the data you provide inside that product.

What this policy covers

This policy applies only to exposql.com and its sub-pages. It does not cover third-party sites we link to, or the in-product processing for Checklist (checklist.exposql.com) and Rufus (rufus.exposql.com), which have their own notices.

Information we collect

We try to collect as little as possible. On this site, we may receive:

• Usage data: pages visited, referring URL, approximate location (city/ country), device and browser type. Collected via analytics so we can understand which content is useful.
• Contact information you submit: if you email us at hello@exposql.com or fill in a form, we receive the details you send.
• Cookies and similar technologies set by us or our analytics providers (see below).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data through this site.

How we use information

• To run and improve exposql.com.
• To understand how visitors discover and use our content, and which products they're interested in.
• To respond to messages, demo requests, and other inquiries you send us.
• To comply with our legal obligations and protect our rights.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager to load measurement scripts (such as Google Analytics). These set cookies that help us count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the site. The information generated is typically aggregated. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; if you do, parts of the site may not function as intended.

Third-party services

• Vercel — hosting and content delivery for exposql.com.
• Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics — site analytics.
• Google Fonts — typography (served by Next.js, self-hosted where possible).

Each of these providers may receive standard request data (including IP address) needed to serve the site. They process information under their own privacy policies.

How we share information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above (acting on our behalf), when required by law, or as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition (in which case we will notify users where feasible).

Data retention

We keep contact emails and inquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then for a reasonable period for record-keeping. Analytics data is retained according to the default settings of our analytics providers.

International transfers

ExpoSQL AI Labs is based in Paris, France. Our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where applicable, transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email hello@exposql.com. We'll respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
